What is Climate Adaptation Insights?

The Climate Adaptation Insights technological demonstrator is an AI agentic system to move from a climate adaptation policy document to climate indicator calculation using DestinE resources. It supports the user on planning and monitoring climate adaptation in their region and sector of interest.

Using DestinE data and resources, the user benefits from a demonstrator that is:

• AI guided step by step: climate adaptation advisor tailored to the DestinE context

• Framework grounded: indicators rooted in scientifically recognised climate frameworks

• DestinE integrated: Climate indicators calculated based on DestinE services and Data portfolio

Why Use Climate Adaptation Insights?

Climate Adaptation Insights helps you to:

• Analyse documents and policy context

• Identify the risks and associated indicators

• Link each indicator to several potential sources through DestinE

• Compute and visualise the indicators: annual precipitation, heatwaves, etc.

Coming soon: the demonstrator will be able to recommend customized adaptation actions inspired by EU adaptation projects and frameworks.
